Avamels Printing Solutions is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations and vendor relationships to ensure the efficient supply of goods and services. We seek a results-driven individual who can optimize purchasing processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to secure the best possible terms.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee the entire procurement process, from order placement to delivery.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast supply needs and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
