Avamels Printing Solutions, a well-established printing company based in Riyadh, is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, maintains a positive attitude, and can handle front desk operations with efficiency and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor handling.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation for client visits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Polished appearance with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
