Avamels Printing Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth-running office environment by providing essential administrative support across various departments and assisting in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
  • Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring effective time management.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company records as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally, ensuring a positive impression of the company.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, and ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
  • Support for Events & Projects: Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as required.
  • Communication Assistance: Draft and send internal memos, emails, and reports on behalf of management when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general familiarity with office equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
