Job Purpose:

To provide assistance and support to senior accountants and financial professionals in carrying out accounting and financial management tasks at Avamels Printing Solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording financial transactions, managing general ledger accounts, and reconciling balances.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Financial Systems and Software: Utilize financial software and systems to efficiently manage financial data, streamline processes, and generate accurate reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as management, department heads, and auditors, to provide financial insights, address queries, and support decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.


  • 0-2 years of experience.


  • Proficiency in using accounting software (SAP).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
