Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage data backups, antivirus updates, and software licensing compliance.
- Assist in maintaining the security of internal systems and enforcing IT policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, upgrades, or replacements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, user access, and technical procedures.
- Provide technical support for printing equipment integration and software used in production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a production or office environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and basic server management.
- Familiarity with printer configuration, print server management, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity basics and system protection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
