Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage system updates, backups, and security measures to prevent data breaches.
- Respond to IT service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist in IT-related procurement and vendor management.
- Document technical processes and provide user training when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assist non-technical users.
