📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Ensure IT security by implementing and monitoring antivirus, firewalls, and backups.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with printers, office IT equipment, and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
