Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
