We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Riyadh office. The Office Manager will ensure that the office functions smoothly, support staff, and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage office budgets, including expenses and petty cash.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients as required.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
